1. Who We Are Pineapple Analyst is operated by Pineapple CF ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide AI-powered financial analytics for small businesses by connecting to your QuickBooks account.
2. What Data We Collect When you connect your QuickBooks account, we access the following data: Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Accounts Receivable Aging reports. We also collect your name and email address when you create an account.
3. How We Use Your Data We use your financial data solely to power your personal dashboard and AI analyst. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it to train AI models.
4. How We Store Your Data Your financial data is stored securely in Google BigQuery. Access tokens for QuickBooks are stored in encrypted, secure cookies and are never logged or exposed.
5. Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights You may disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time, which will revoke our access to your data. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Acceptance By using Pineapple Analyst, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Pineapple Analyst for your internal business purposes.
3. Your Data You retain full ownership of your financial data. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you grant us permission to access and process your data solely to provide the service.
4. Acceptable Use You agree not to share your account credentials, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Subscription and Billing Access to Pineapple Analyst requires a paid subscription after the 7-day free trial. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties Pineapple Analyst is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated financial analysis. Nothing in this service constitutes professional financial, legal, or accounting advice.
7. Limitation of Liability Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
