Position Overview:

We're seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a passionate analyst who possesses expertise in dashboard creation and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI for example). In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering data dashboards from scratch.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and our internal team to understand the data visualization needs and objectives.

• Design, develop, and implement dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and others.

• Optimize and transform raw data to create intuitive and informative dashboards.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to refine and tweak dashboards as per feedback.

• Utilize SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization when needed.

• Collaborate cross-functionally within Pineapple, contributing to diverse projects and potentially engage in other aspects of the business if interested.

 

Qualifications:

• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication abilities to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau. Experience in all is a plus.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel 

• SQL familiarity is needed, proficiency is a bonus

• Willingness to wear multiple hats and adapt to the dynamic nature of a small team.
